This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance front-end and back-end solutions using modern web technologies in a collaborative Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, debug, and document complex web-based and client/server applications
Build and enhance front-end and back-end application components using C#, .NET Blazor, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
Develop and maintain database objects including stored procedures for Oracle and SQL Server environments
Work closely with systems analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
Analyze existing systems, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions
Enhance and maintain enterprise applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
Utilize DevExpress tools, including advanced grid components, to create interactive and user-friendly interfaces
Ensure applications meet accessibility, usability, and performance standards
Participate in Agile SDLC activities including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment
Present software application changes and enhancements to stakeholders for review and approval
Recommend improvements to development processes and technical approaches
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years of experience developing web-based software applications
4+ years of experience with root cause analysis and issue resolution
4+ years of hands-on programming experience with technologies including: C# / .NET, Blazor, HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Stored Procedures, Oracle and SQL Server
3+ years of experience working in Agile SDLC environments
3+ years of experience collaborating within development teams across the SDLC
2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
1+ year of hands-on experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor
Strong communication skills with experience presenting application changes to stakeholders
Preferred
Experience migrating or porting applications from Java to C# .NET Blazor
Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles
Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Prior experience supporting state or public-sector systems
