Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Leadership team to execute strategic sales plans, contributing to revenue growth within your assigned territory
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers by proactively pursuing new leads and business opportunities
Identify and engage with channels, key influencers, and thought leaders in the welding and fabrication industry
Create compelling, value-focused proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients
Gain an in-depth understanding of Novarc's suite of robotic welding solutions and clearly communicate their benefits and value propositions
Foster trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Novarc as a trusted partner in their automation journey
Work seamlessly with internal teams (e.g., sales engineering, customer success, support, revenue operations) to address customer needs and ensure smooth implementations
Maintain detailed and accurate records in the company CRM, ensuring transparency and effective sales tracking
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and fulfillment by all parties involved
Report on sales metrics, market trends, and key account statuses to senior leadership, utilizing CRM data to inform strategic decisions
Represent Novarc at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, cultivating relationships with industry professionals and potential partners

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in welding automation, industrial automation, or a similar technical sector
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport
Enthusiastic about technology and its potential to drive industry transformation
Self-motivated, capable of working independently in remote or hybrid settings, and highly effective at time management
Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including international travel as required
SaaS experience would be an asset

Preferred

Knowledge of ABB welding robot ecosystem
