New Grad, Entry LevelBETR is a small, growing behavioral health practice focused on psychological and neuropsychological testing and assessment. They are seeking a part-time Billing & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist to maintain accurate billing records and coordinate with their outsourced billing provider.

Responsibilities
Clean up and maintain client billing and insurance records in Valant (EHR)
Coordinate closely with our outsourced billing provider, including sharing appointment data, CPT codes, and Verification of Benefits (VOB) information
Reconcile insurance outcomes so patient responsibility is accurately reflected in our system
Prepare Good Faith Estimates (GFE) in compliance with the No Surprises Act
Invoice clients for patient responsibility and track balances
Qualification
Required
Experience with medical or behavioral health billing / RCM
Comfortable working independently and cleaning up imperfect or inconsistent records
Familiarity with insurance concepts (deductibles, coinsurance, EOBs)
EHR experience required (Valant a strong plus)
HIPAA-compliant and willing to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
