Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Catering – ordering, set up and clean up
Planning and collaboration of events and meetings
Ordering and stocking supplies as needed
Partnering with local and regional Leadership on Yakima events & tasks
Checking and distributing mail and packages
Review Invoices (both internal and Subconsultant) for accuracy and help ensure their timely submission
Create/Initiate/Develop general project documents (i.e. spreadsheets, reports, etc.)
Prepare Expense Reports
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent
A minimum of 2+ years of general office support
A minimum of 2+ years of professional work experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Previous experience with project support
