Client Services Manager

This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing operations for assigned clients, ensuring financial success, and delivering exceptional client support while managing multiple projects and fostering strong relationships with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of revenue cycle management operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Oversee staff management, including but not limited to distributing assignments to team members
Facilitate effective communication with clients and present updates and reports at board meetings
Manage and maintain quality service programs to ensure high standards of service delivery
Review and manage all overview and key indicator reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Provide support to the sales team as needed to help achieve sales targets
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational standards
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive organizational growth and success
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare field
Expertise in healthcare billing concepts, practices, and procedures
Comprehensive knowledge of process management and revenue cycle flow
Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions based on client needs
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly
Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously
Demonstrate strategic thinking and strong business acumen to drive client success and operational efficiency
Exceptional business insight to recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Skilled in presenting, auditing, training, implementing quality controls, and creating procedures
Effective leadership qualities that inspire team performance and drive results
Proven experience in supervising teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
Ability to delegate authority and responsibility to staff as necessary
Capability to counsel and discipline personnel as required
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
