The Director of Growth & Provider Partnerships will drive growth and adoption of the TMS platform across healthcare providers, managing relationships and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the product.

Responsibilities
Own provider-focused growth strategy for the TMS platform
Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and medical groups
Drive adoption, onboarding, and expansion of the TMS within provider organizations
Serve as the senior commercial owner of TMS provider relationships
Lead the provider-facing go-to-market motion for the TMS platform
Develop scalable distribution and onboarding models tailored to healthcare workflows
Partner with internal sales and account teams to ensure successful launches
Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities within existing TMS customers
Act as the primary voice of the healthcare provider customer for the TMS
Work closely with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities
Translate provider workflows and pain points into product enhancements
Help refine usability, integrations, reporting, and compliance features
Collaborate with leadership, product, operations, and compliance teams
Help define best practices for provider onboarding, training, and support
Contribute to strategic planning for the TMS platform as it scales
Qualification
Required
7+ years in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, or platform distribution roles
Direct experience working with healthcare providers (health systems, physician groups, clinics)
Background in care coordination, digital health, healthcare IT, or operational healthcare platforms
Experience collaborating with product teams on roadmap and feature development
Strong provider-facing relationship skills with healthcare credibility
Ability to bridge commercial goals and product usability
Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
