Manage day-to-day operations for licensed accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for licensors, handling approvals, submissions, design inquiries, placement updates, and ongoing communication
Own forecasting, budgeting, and account tracking, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with business goals
Oversee license renewals, amendments, and contract-related updates, ensuring compliance with licensor requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, and Production teams to support licensed product development and execution
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of licensing or brand management experience within apparel, consumer products, or related industries
Proven ability to manage multiple licenses simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
Strong understanding of licensing agreements, approval workflows, and compliance standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing external licensor relationships
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and email-driven workflows
