This in-house role will support sophisticated, high-profile projects and serve as a trusted legal advisor to the business, working closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Provide legal support across commercial real estate development, finance, and corporate matters
Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including loan documents, joint venture and partnership agreements
Advise on site development issues, including master associations, deed restrictions, easements, and entitlements
Negotiate and structure purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, and public/private development agreements
Support property-level financing and ancillary income arrangements
Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-oriented guidance to internal teams
Manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
Qualification
Required
5+ years of legal experience in real estate, finance, and general corporate law
Demonstrated experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
