Responsibilities
You'll lead the charge on building robust attribution models that measure what matters—ROI across every channel, from direct mail to digital
You'll optimize a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, balancing innovation with smart financial guardrails, and develop forecasting models that give us a crystal-clear view of what's ahead
You're not just managing channels—you're discovering them
You'll identify, test, and scale new acquisition opportunities, using rigorous A/B testing frameworks and a mindset that embraces smart experimentation
You'll keep us ahead of the curve in fintech, always watching for the next big thing
You'll work hand-in-hand with Data Science, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to drive initiatives that matter
You'll collaborate to refine predictive models, enhance targeting, and ensure our customers have seamless experiences from first click to final transaction
You'll mentor and grow high-performing marketing, analytics, and data professionals
You'll foster a culture where accountability meets continuous learning, and where everyone shows up ready to coach up and lift each other higher
Qualification
Required
10+ years in performance marketing or growth, with 5+ years leading teams (bonus points for DTC or FinTech experience)
Deep expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, SQL, and BI tools—you speak data fluently
Proven success managing significant budgets across Pre-Screen Direct Mail and Lead Auction channels
A track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving a data-centric culture
The ability to translate complex insights into clear strategies that influence executive decisions
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (MBA or Master's highly preferred)
Excellent communication skills—you can connect with technical teams and C-suite alike
Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check
