The role involves assisting customers with their beauty needs, maintaining store standards, and driving customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
Deliver the OLIVE YOUNG experience through exceptional service to each customer that inspires confidence and promotes well-being
Be the driver for OLIVE YOUNG’s exclusive skin and scalp scanning services, assisting customers through diagnostic devices and recommending suitable products based on the results
Work in a fast-paced environment, proactively assist multiple customers at the same time, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service
Enthusiastically share new launches, promotions, and loyalty programs to all our customers
Process purchases, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by introducing customers to OLIVE YOUNG’s membership program, proactively sharing new launches, promotions, and loyalty benefits consistently
Maintain a clean, welcoming, premium store environment that reflects the OLIVE YOUNG brand
Support inventory management procedures, shipment processing, restocking, merchandising updates, and tester management, backroom organization with precision and attention to detail
Check product expiration dates and packaging condition regularly to guarantee the highest product quality for customers
Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures to protect the company’s assets
Collaborate: Teamwork with peers and leaders is essential to create an energetic, inclusive, high-performing team environment
Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of product innovation, trends, and techniques to share insights and support teammates’ growth

Qualification
Required
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Trendsetters with a passion for beauty, skincare, and empowering confidence in others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a love for connecting with people
Comfortable using basic technology such as POS systems and tablets
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
Preferred
Bilingual in Korean and/or Spanish
