Responsibilities
Shall provide professional research and data collection services for the institution’s nursing program focused on student academic outcomes and licensure-related performance
Collection and analysis of course success, failure, and withdrawal rates, cohort progression and retention analysis, trend identification related to student success, preparation of written reports and data visualizations for internal program evaluation and quality improvement
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or higher in any discipline
Documented experience in applied data research, analysis, or evaluation
Demonstrated ability to work with large or complex datasets
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Experience using data analysis tools or platforms (e.g., Excel, statistical software, databases, or data visualization tools)
Ability to clearly communicate data findings to non-technical audiences
