Responsibilities

Lead enterprises through a disciplined, platform-led AI transformation journey, progressing from assessment to transformation to agentic automation—with provable value at every stage
Use observed work telemetry to assess AI and agentic potential, quantify value pools, and deliver Board-ready transformation blueprints with phased, investment-grade roadmaps
Drive process intelligence–led transformation, uncovering high-value optimization opportunities, redesigning operating models, and establishing governance and CoEs to ensure measurable ROI tied to Skan outputs
Enable governed, human-in-the-loop agentic automation at scale, identifying optimal intervention points and leading phased adoption across productivity, cost, quality, and risk
Ensure each stage delivers defensible outcomes and explicitly enables the next— creating a continuous, value-backed path from insight to execution
Lead C-suite and Board-level discussions on enterprise AI investment decisions
Help executives distinguish where AI creates material value—and where it does not
Translate AI initiatives into capital-allocation-grade business cases
Design and facilitate executive AI Boot Camps grounded in live Skan telemetry
Own the narrative of value committed vs. value realized across customer lifecycles
Develop CFO- and Board-ready value frameworks directly tied to Skan outputs
Ensure value realization is evidence-based, auditable, and renewal-defensible
Enable customers to confidently justify continued and expanded investment in Skan
Provide executive-level oversight (not hands-on delivery) across major programs
Establish governance models, steering cadences, and value checkpoints
Monitor progress against transformation roadmaps and value milestones
Intervene when value realization is at risk—aligning sponsors, priorities, and decisions
Embed Skan telemetry into ongoing operating models and decision-making
Establish Process Intelligence / AI CoEs with repeatable methodologies
Move customers from point improvements to continuous, platform-led optimization
Reduce reliance on external consulting by anchoring transformation in Skan
Represent Skan as an authority on enterprise AI operating models and agentic transformation
Codify Skan’s three-pillar methodology into repeatable frameworks and playbooks
Contribute to executive thought leadership, industry forums, and customer advisory sessions

Required

10–15+ years in top-tier management consulting or enterprise transformation roles (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, EY-Parthenon, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent)
Proven leadership of enterprise-scale transformation programs with measurable impact
Regular engagement with Boards, CFOs, and C-suite executives
Experience operating in high-accountability, growth-stage environments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or Finance
MBA from a top-tier institution strongly preferred (Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT Sloan, Kellogg, INSEAD, LBS)
Enterprise AI strategy and operating model design
Process intelligence, task mining, and work telemetry concepts
Agentic automation and human-in-the-loop governance
CFO-grade financial modeling and ROI frameworks
Value pool identification and attribution discipline
Comfort defending outcomes under executive scrutiny
Strong executive presence and strategic storytelling
Change leadership at scale
Ability to build credibility rapidly with senior stakeholders
