Strong expertise in Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis
Proven proficiency in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements
8+ years working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision
Previous experience working with TDA systems
Experience in large government, public sector, or regulated environments
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret and solve complex problems effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience working on IT or software development projects, preferably in a senior-level position
