Responsibilities
Own the calendar. You're the gatekeeper for two executives whose time is their most valuable resource. You'll manage competing priorities, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and ensure every engagement is purposeful and prepared
Master the logistics. From multi-leg travel itineraries to last-minute pivots, you'll keep everything running seamlessly—even when plans change (and they will)
Protect what matters. You'll handle confidential medical and scientific information with absolute discretion. Trust isn't given here; it's earned and maintained daily
Keep projects moving. You'll support research initiatives and strategic projects, tracking progress, flagging risks, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Be the bridge. You'll serve as the communication link between our executives and internal teams, external collaborators, physicians, and partners—building relationships that last
Run a tight ship. From managing research inventory to maintaining an organized workspace, you'll ensure the environment reflects the excellence we're known for
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally in healthcare, biotech, or a fast-paced clinical environment
A proven track record of managing complex calendars and travel across multiple time zones
Exceptional judgment and discretion—you know what to share, what to hold, and when
Strong written and verbal communication skills; you represent leadership in every interaction
Tech fluency: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
A proactive mindset—you solve problems before they become problems
Composure under pressure and genuine enthusiasm for the details that others overlook
Preferred
Experience in longevity, precision medicine, or clinical operations
Familiarity with research or medical terminology
Background supporting executives in high-growth or mission-driven organizations
