Responsibilities
Support environmental assessments and investigations involving soil (surface and subsurface), groundwater, surface water, and soil vapor
Conduct field sampling and provide oversight on environmental and construction-related projects
Enter, review, and manage field and laboratory data; assist with data quality control
Assist with the preparation of technical reports, work plans, and project documentation
Support subcontractor coordination and oversight during field activities
Contribute to a variety of project types, including:
Environmental compliance
Construction support
Natural resource management
Hazardous site investigation and remediation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Hydrology, Geosciences, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
One (1) or more years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, including exposure to: Field sampling procedures, Monitoring well installation, Subcontractor oversight, Analytical data interpretation, Technical report writing
Preferred
Experience with GIS and/or CAD
Current 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
First Aid / CPR certification
