Responsibilities
Assist legal team from start to finish on corporate and real estate transactional matters, including closings and preparation of closing binders
Prepare and update corporate structure charts using PowerPoint
Draft basic documents, letters, and notices; manage corporate document filing systems with high precision
Form legal entities and handle foreign qualifications
Act as the primary point of contact with outside vendors, title companies, lenders, and outside counsel
Monitor service of process notifications, manage calendars for the legal team, and assist with invoice review
Assist General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel with ad-hoc projects, timekeeping, and expense reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Hands-on administrative support experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), with experience in document management systems
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work full-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. typical, with flexibility for workload demands)
