Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud)
Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (developers, admins, architects)
Drive Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and optimizations to improve customer experience and internal workflows
Prioritize product backlog based on business value, ROI, and customer impact
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align product capabilities with go-to-market strategies
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; recommend improvements based on data and feedback
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security, and compliance standards
Lead UAT, release planning, and change management activities
Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Systems Analyst
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules)
Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer lifecycle, and sales operations
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
