Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CRM customizations using C# and .NET
Build and support ESA-related functionality, including service delivery workflows and operational automation
Develop CRM plugins, custom services, workflows, and business logic
Customize data models, entities, and relationships to support enterprise service processes
Integrate CRM with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and compliance standards
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CRM and ESA components
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and documentation efforts

Required

6+ years of professional experience in C# / .NET development
Hands-on experience developing or customizing enterprise CRM platforms
Strong experience with: C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core
CRM plugins, workflows, and business rules
SQL and relational data modeling
Experience building integrations using RESTful services
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Experience working in regulated, government, or large enterprise environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or similar CRM platforms
Exposure to Enterprise Service Automation (ESA) or Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions
Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
Familiarity with ERP, financial, or billing system integrations
Prior experience supporting federal or public-sector systems
