Responsibilities

Launch and scale a new Inside Sales team from the ground up- hiring, onboarding, and developing top talent
Own the site culture and rhythm: daily huddles, 1:1s, performance reviews, and weekly forecasting
Design and refine processes that drive outbound productivity, conversion rates, and deal velocity
Partner with senior leadership on org design, territory planning, comp structures, and enablement strategy
Use Salesforce and performance data to identify opportunities, coach in real time, and accelerate growth
Lead from the front, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution and a great presence on the sales floor
Build a culture that values preparation, precision, and accountability, where reps compete to win and grow

Required

5–8 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally leading inside sales or SMB teams
Proven success launching or scaling a sales team or site from inception to maturity
Skilled at hiring and developing top performers while creating systems that sustain scale
Data-driven and fluent in CRM management, forecasting, and performance analysis
Confident presenting to executives and influencing cross-functional partners
Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and know how to build culture intentionally
Motivated by ownership, autonomy, and visible impact
