Responsibilities

You’ll be part of a talented team supporting our distribution center and office facilities
You’ll utilize both mechanical and electrical skills to maintain and troubleshoot:
Conveyor systems
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Electrical distribution equipment
HVAC systems
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
You’ll also support general facility upkeep
Ultimately, you’ll do what is needed to keep the facility up and running, allowing our teams to focus on getting products to customers accurately and quickly

Required

5+ years of maintenance experience
Strong foundation of mechanical, electrical, and technical skills
Experience with hand tools, small gearbox maintenance, and diagnosis of gear and belt drive systems
Familiarity with centrifugal pumps, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read electrical prints and use a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical issues
Experience diagnosing Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and understanding digital inputs and outputs
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)

Preferred

Experience with highly automated packaging, sortation, or carton closeout machines
Mechanical skills - welding, machining, fabrication, operating a Lathe, Bridgeport, MIG and/or TIG welder, or Sheet Metal Brake, moving and setting equipment, moving conveyors, maintaining HVAC or fire suppression systems
Electrical skills – Arc Flash protocols, programming VFDs
Programming/technical skills – programming Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC code, experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
