Responsibilities
Visiting and building relationships with customers and prospective customers
Providing superior customer service when assisting customers in their day-to-day banking needs
Researching, implementing, educating and training applicable personnel on new products and services
Overseeing and managing department staff members including conducting performance appraisals, interviewing, hiring, etc
Being actively involved in our community by serving on organization and community boards and/or committees
Qualification
Required
At least an associate's degree
3 - 5 years of previous experience in deposits
Valid driver's license
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to provide leadership, supervision and training to department staff
Knowledge of state and federal banking regulations
Previous sales and marketing experience
