Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and resource alignment
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including objectives, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
Drive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation throughout the program lifecycle
Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment
Facilitate quarterly planning and coordinate cross-team dependencies and delivery commitments
Promote and advance agile principles and methodologies, supporting continuous integration and delivery
Manage and resolve program impediments, providing clear status reporting at executive and team levels
Oversee vendor selection and management as needed
Ensure adherence to project quality standards through structured validation and testing processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex technical initiatives
Strong background in Technical Program Management, with a proven record of delivering large-scale programs
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in program planning, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and staffing
Expertise in risk management, resource coordination, and capacity planning
Strong experience driving continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain program forecasts, including resource actuals and demand analysis
Proficiency in JIRA and Smartsheet for program planning, execution, and reporting
Strong understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and workflows
Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across multiple organizational levels
Preferred
Experience supporting or scaling multiple agile teams within a shared program
Strong advocate for agile transformation and modern delivery practices
Proven ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration, dependency management, and delivery synchronization
Background working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
