Responsibilities
Clearly articulate functional process knowledge to business users through effective communication
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and deliver appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
Demonstrate results orientation, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
Willingness to work flexible shifts and extend office hours when required
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of GTS E4H Greenfield implementation experience
Minimum 2 years of global trade functional knowledge
Completed 3 GTS support projects or 2 implementations of SAP Global Trade Services (versions 7–11)
Expertise in GTS configuration, embargo, and license determination
Expertise in compliance and customs management: SPL, export-import compliance, SPL embargo, license determination, product classification, customs export/import processes, and trade documentation
Hands-on experience integrating with data service providers for denied-party screening and classifications
Experience with SAP customizing during implementations and roll-outs, including integration with other SAP modules
Overall experience required: 10+ years
Preferred
Experience with high-tech industry business processes and customer service
Additional experience integrating with data service providers for denied-party screening and classifications
Batch management and serial-number management experience
