Demonstrable experience of delivering HR process transformation related to payroll and onboarding
Experience of designing, creating and implementing automated processes
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to work across multiple projects at one time
Exposure to Global practice alignment (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
Solid understanding of HRIS and payroll systems including Workday
