Responsibilities
Conceptualize, create, and publish high-engagement content across social media (Reels, TikToks, Instagram, YouTube Shorts), website, email, and product pages—focusing on educational recovery tips, athlete stories, and product demos
Produce and edit videos: film tutorials, testimonials, event coverage, interviews with athletes/clinicians/users (on-site and in-house)
Handle full multimedia production: photography, basic graphic design (infographics, product visuals), lighting/audio/camera setup
Write compelling, on-brand copy—captions, scripts, blog posts—that educates, engages, and converts
Leverage AI tools daily for content ideation, writing drafts, image/video generation/editing, SEO keyword research, trend spotting, and performance analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches, campaigns, and strategy with marketing, sales, and product teams
Monitor analytics (AI-powered where possible), optimize for algorithms/engagement, and report insights
Engage daily with our community: respond to comments/DMs, build relationships, deliver top-tier customer service, and nurture brand advocates
Stay ahead of trends in recovery tech, sports therapy, fitness, and content creation to keep our strategy fresh
Qualification
Required
Portfolio of work demonstrating video, social posts, graphics, and ideally AI-assisted projects
2+ years in digital content creation (fitness, wellness, sports, or health-tech preferred)
Strong multimedia skills: videography, photography, editing (Adobe Premiere/After Effects/CapCut or AI equivalents), basic design (Canva/Figma/Photoshop)
Proven experience with AI tools for content generation (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for writing, Midjourney/Flux for images, Runway/Descript for video, Ahrefs/Surfer for SEO)
Deep knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook), algorithms, trends, and growth tactics
Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a knack for engaging, authentic voice
Self-motivated, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred
WordPress/Shopify experience
Advanced SEO analytics tools
Background in sports, athletic training, physical therapy, or related fields
