Responsibilities
AI/ML Development: Hands-on experience with AI/ML engineering tasks such as building and optimizing large-scale models, prompt engineering, and implementing agentic flow
Cloud & Infrastructure: Work with cloud platforms like AWS (preferably AWS Bedrock) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools to deploy and manage models
Prompt Engineering: Design and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs), ensuring they meet business needs and requirements
Experimentation & CI/CD Pipelines: Manage sandbox environments (e.g., Jupyter), set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and conduct experimentation to fine-tune models
SDLC & Agile: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an SDLC environment, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and adherence to best practices. Work in an Agile environment
Explainable AI: Implement explainable AI techniques to ensure model transparency and provide insights into how AI decisions are made
Secure Data Handling: Maintain secure data handling practices while working with sensitive information and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with AI/ML engineering tasks such as building and optimizing large-scale models, prompt engineering, and implementing agentic flow
Work with cloud platforms like AWS (preferably AWS Bedrock) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools to deploy and manage models
Design and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs), ensuring they meet business needs and requirements
Manage sandbox environments (e.g., Jupyter), set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and conduct experimentation to fine-tune models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an SDLC environment, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and adherence to best practices. Work in an Agile environment
Implement explainable AI techniques to ensure model transparency and provide insights into how AI decisions are made
Maintain secure data handling practices while working with sensitive information and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience in Java (preferred)
Hands-on experience with AI development, particularly agentic flow (understanding the dynamics of intelligent systems interacting with humans or other systems)
Experience working with AWS (preferred, especially AWS Bedrock) and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools
Strong understanding of the SDLC process, with experience in Agile development methodologies
Expertise in prompt design and optimization for large language models (LLMs)
Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment for AI/ML models
Familiarity with explainable AI techniques to provide transparency and accountability in AI-driven decisions
Knowledge of secure data handling and privacy standards when working with sensitive information
Preferred
Experience in Cloud (AWS), with a focus on Bedrock or similar services for model deployment
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Understanding of AI model interpretability and fairness to ensure responsible AI usage
Hands-on experience in building and optimizing AI systems and deploying them in production environments
