Responsibilities

Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of inbound orders and outbound test results transmitted through HL7 and EDI interfaces
Protect data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across live and new integrations

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in ticket‑based production support environments
Strong teamwork skills and professional work ethic

Preferred

Experience or working knowledge of HL7 and/or EDI interfaces (preferred)
Experience working in a medical laboratory environment
Microbiology laboratory exposure
Familiarity with interface monitoring and data validation tools
