Responsibilities
Lead and manage development, QA, and DevOps teams
Translate business priorities into technical architecture and delivery plans
Design and oversee cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
Drive software delivery, release planning, and DevOps best practices
Ensure systems are highly available, secure, and zero-downtime
Enforce best practices for coding, testing, CI/CD, and automation
Mentor engineers and technical leads; guide architectural decisions
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders
Oversee DevOps integration and deployment pipelines
Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC2, enterprise security)
Qualification
Required
3+ years in an Engineering Manager / Development Manager / Tech Lead role
Prior hands-on software development experience before leadership
2+ years of hands-on experience designing or leading solutions on Microsoft Azure
Strong experience with Cloud-native applications
Strong experience with Microservices & event-driven architecture
Strong experience with DevOps & CI/CD
Strong experience with Test automation
Strong experience with Mobile and web application development
Experience creating software delivery and release plans
Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams
Experience in client-services / consulting environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
