Administrative Finance Support Specialist
Kelly is a global organization headquartered in Sweden with its only U.S. location in Newington, Connecticut. The Administrative Finance Support Specialist will support day-to-day finance and general administrative operations, working closely with the local Finance lead and broader leadership team.

Responsibilities
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Support ACH payments, invoicing, and journal entry/bookkeeping activities
Provide administrative support to the Finance function
Manage and monitor shared email inboxes; respond to customer inquiries and route requests appropriately
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and documentation
Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
Work closely with the local Finance lead and leadership team
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of finance-related and/or administrative experience
Strong preference for candidates with a stable employment history
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a small office environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with finance or HR systems is a plus (Rippling and Avalara preferred)
