Responsibilities

Work alongside trial lawyers defending insurance agents, real estate professionals, directors and officers, and other licensed professionals sued for professional negligence
Engage in teamwork-based and client-focused practice with opportunities for client interaction and practice growth
Develop strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills within a supportive environment
Manage an inventory of cases under the tutelage of experienced shareholders and dynamic associates

Required

Two (2) to five (5) years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation
