Troubleshooting technical issues across Account Lifecycle Management
Collaborate with various teams to investigate, resolve client-impacting problems
Analyze recurring issues
Recommend scalable solutions
Support product owners in backlog management
Align issue resolution with client needs and overall product strategy
Ensure successful testing and deployment of enhancements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing innovative solutions
Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and recommend scalable solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience in product management for digital financial products
Knowledge of user experience design and processes
Background in wealth management or banking industry
Familiarity with building products for complex financial processes
Open to candidates from various firm sizes, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals with the right mindset
