Responsibilities

Decode the secrets hidden in customer data, uncovering valuable opportunities that will shape our sales strategies
Team up with sales, ops, IT, data stewards, and other rockstars to create a data-driven culture that fuels success
Identify opportunities to improve customer data quality and champion data governance best practices
Play a crucial role in merging and integrating data from different sources, ensuring seamless transitions and a unified view of our customers
Fearlessly tackle data challenges, taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution with your ninja-like skills
Empower business partners with the knowledge and tools they need to become data masters
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and adapting to evolving challenges with ease

Required

Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new software and data management tools
High degree of organization, accuracy, and flexibility
Flexibility to respond to varied priorities within the deadlines, working both independently and with a team to manage evolving processes at short notice
Ability to build partnerships and effectively establish and maintain relationships with internal business partners
Comfortable interacting with different levels of leadership and leading cross-functional, cross-regional projects
Collaborative – you know how to give and receive feedback in a constructive way
Proactive approach to problem identification and solving
High School Diploma is required
Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
