Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision, administers and executes non-annual incentive compensation
Responsible for day to day administration of non-annual incentive compensation for applicable business segments within the organization
Ensures compliance with internal controls through auditing and testing of incentive inputs and outputs
May identify and make recommendations to enhance existing controls or create new controls
Provides applicable analytics and modeling to support overall organizational financial and operational soundness
Leverages various forms of technology in support of incentive calculations and analytics for applicable business segments
Provides day to day research and communication for field inquiries
Leads cross-functional projects designed to enhance employee awareness and understanding
Qualification
Required

Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions
Able to leverage customer information in creating customized customer solutions
Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
