Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact connecting clients to community resources
Research community support programs and relay information to field case managers
Collaborate with case managers and social workers on program coordination
Support client needs by identifying and facilitating access to services
Assist with crisis‑related resource navigation
Qualification
Required
Experience in social work, case management, or related fields
Knowledge of the legal system required
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Must be based in Indiana and able to work approximately 20 hours/week
Preferred
Previous crisis hotline or behavioral health experience preferred
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
