Responsibilities

Provide critical operational and administrative support to the Incident Management function
Coordinate incident meetings, maintain documentation, and track action items across teams
Support communication throughout the incident lifecycle, ensuring timely updates
Identify opportunities for process improvements and preventive measures
Collaborate effectively with all organizational levels and across departments

Qualification

Data analysisOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsMS Office proficiencySAP knowledgeMeeting coordinationProcess improvementDocumentation skills

Required

A Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration related area, or 3-5 years of related experience
Proven ability to perform independent data analysis
Strong organizational and documentation skills, including managing action items, owners, and timelines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in meeting summaries and incident updates
Proficiency in MS Office software and AI

Preferred

SAP knowledge and certifications are a plus
