Responsibilities
Set up and operation of Finishing equipment to customer specifications
Lead by example by holding employees accountable to Quad's safety initiatives
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have experience operating machinery
The ability to bend and lift 10-15 pounds continuously
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally
Stand long hours
Use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement
Receive and follow instructions
Use vision in order to identify defects
Perform repetitious tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts including days, nights, evenings and weekends
Mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written comprehension
The ability to perform basic math calculations
Preferred
Prior Finishing Operator experience
Proven familiarity of Finishing equipment
