Manage and track CAPEX and OPEX budgets of $4M+
Own detailed budget tracking and program forecasting
Open purchase orders, track invoices, and partner with Finance for financial processing
Own day-to-day operational management of key trade marketing programs
Actively identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, or related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or project coordination
Experience managing complex CAPEX and OPEX budgets
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial forecasting
Proven ability to execute project management work in a multi-stakeholder environment
