Responsibilities
Serve as the primary aftermarket Customer Service Representative for spare parts and AOG support
Prepare, administer, and follow through on customer quotes using Boeing/Spirit quoting software
Determine production status and availability of replacement parts within internal systems
Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers on spare configurations and make/buy decisions
Liaise directly with Boeing to support spares, AOG requests, and customer requirements
Manage customer agendas for product demonstrations, evaluations, special events, and deliveries
Support senior management during customer visits, trade shows, air shows, and conferences
Manage budgets and distribution of promotional materials for customer events
Ensure compliance with customer commitments, schedules, budgets, ethics guidelines, and program requirements
Act as a liaison between customers and company executive management
Complete logistical planning to support overall marketing and program objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working in aftermarket customer service environments
Hands-on experience with quoting systems (Boeing/Spirit software strongly preferred)
Ability to support AOG and spares requirements in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to work onsite in Wichita, KS
