TES Receptionist
Auburn University is seeking a part-time TES Receptionist for the College of Pharmacy’s Clinical Affairs and Outreach Administrative Department. The role involves greeting patients, providing professional assistance to clinical staff, and performing clerical duties while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities
Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone at the Auburn University Health Care and Education Clinic and Pharmacy located at the Boykin Community Center in North Auburn
Provides professional assistance to clinical staff, visitors and patients
Answers telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assists in answering questions, taking messages, or routing calls to the appropriate area
Monitors voicemail and e-mail
Performs all duties within HIPAA regulations
Assist with opening and closing the clinic daily; keeps AUPCC clinic lobby clean, organized, and ready for business daily
Schedules patient appointments; maintain paper and electronic records
Performs clerical duties, which may include (but not limited to): typing correspondence, filing and record keeping, maintain calendars, distributing mail, and ordering supplies
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
