Responsibilities
Lead and execute Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies for manufacturing and utility equipment
Develop and maintain Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs, including condition monitoring and failure trend analysis
Own and support Mechanical Integrity programs to ensure asset safety, reliability, and compliance with regulatory expectations
Perform FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to identify equipment risks and implement mitigation strategies
Conduct Criticality Assessments to prioritize assets based on safety, quality, and business impact
Apply reliability-by-design principles during equipment selection, installation, and lifecycle management
Analyze complex equipment and maintenance data using advanced Excel, macros, and structured data management tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve asset performance, reduce downtime, and enhance maintenance effectiveness
Support audits, inspections, and documentation to meet GMP and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Reliability, Industrial, or related discipline)
Proven experience with FMEA
Proven experience with Criticality Assessments
Proven experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
Proven experience with Reliability by Design
Strong experience with complex data management, including advanced Excel, macros, and analytical tools
Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management and failure mechanisms
Preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments
Hands-on exposure to Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies
Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, or similar)
Knowledge of GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements
