This role will manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful adoption across the enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, risk registers, and status reports
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
Enforce compliance with MTA policies, governance, and PMO standards
Partner with business units, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and define scope
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to leadership
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus across cross-functional teams
Provide oversight on ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
Ensure vendor and consultant adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
Work closely with MTA ServiceNow teams on platform strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience
PMP Certification (Mandatory)
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Project Management experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, execution, and evaluation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
