Insurance Support Specialist - Central PA
AAA Central Penn serves members across several counties in Pennsylvania and is part of North America’s largest motoring and leisure travel organization. The Insurance Support Specialist will provide administrative assistance, manage schedules, and perform clerical tasks to support insurance agents and clients.

Providing excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
Strong Clerical skills, including recordkeeping and organizational abilities
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in customer service or the insurance industry
