The role requires accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders while complying with company policies and standards.

Responsibilities
Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and either place into cartons on a pre-built pick cart, or into totes as directed by the voice unit
Restock product into designated locations
Accurately sort, pack and label customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
Place plastic totes in a designated slot guided by a hand scanner (induct)
Take totes that are ready to pack from its designated slot, pack accurately by verifying tote count and last tote number; create empty slots for new orders
Inspect and neatly pack orders for customers to receive in good condition
Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit
Responsible for checking out equipment and returning it in same condition
Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities
Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
Basic math skills in counting and quantity required
Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Strong attention to details
Comprehend verbal and written instructions
Regular and prompt attendance
Essential days or overtime may be required
