Drafting and negotiating development, collaboration, licensing, supply chain, outsourcing, and technology services agreements
Conducting IP and M&A due diligence
Drafting and negotiating IP provisions in corporate transactional agreements
Advising clients on IP ownership, protection and licensing strategies in a variety of industry sectors, such as software, semiconductors, AI, internet/ecommerce, life sciences, automotive, aerospace, and consumer products
Qualification
Required
Strong academic credentials
Transactional experience with a technology and IP focus
Two to three years of law firm experience
Experience drafting and negotiating development agreements
Experience drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements
Experience drafting and negotiating licensing agreements
Experience drafting and negotiating supply chain agreements
Experience drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements
Experience drafting and negotiating technology services agreements
Experience conducting IP and M&A due diligence
Experience drafting and negotiating IP provisions in corporate transactional agreements
Experience advising clients on IP ownership, protection and licensing strategies
Experience in industry sectors such as software, semiconductors, AI, internet/ecommerce, life sciences, automotive, aerospace, and consumer products
