Responsibilities
Assist the Sr. Graphic Designer with day-to-day creation/production of creative assets across digital and print
Prepare, slice, export, and organize final artwork for email, social, paid media, etc
Ensure files meet brand and production standards - resolution, color, layout, and formatting
Help build and maintain design templates for decks, invitations, social, and recurring needs
Support the creation and delivery of marketing assets using Figma
Export optimized assets and prepare organized handoff folders
Assist with website updates including banners, PLPs, journals or press pages
QA assets across devices and platforms to ensure consistency and clarity
Assist in preparing files for print production as needed
Support print layouts and exports using Illustrator and InDesign as needed
Maintain organized archives of print and production files
Use Photoshop to support retouching, cropping, and cleanup of product imagery
Assist in photoshopping assets, assemblies, and assets for marketing, wholesale, and digital use
Prepare and export assets across paid and organic channels
Assist with motion assets such as gif creation
Maintain clean, organized file structures, naming conventions, and shared assets
Track updates and exports to support fast-moving timelines and launches
Be a dependable presence who helps larger creative ideas move from concept to execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design across digital and/or print within a brand, agency, or in-house creative team
Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience preparing, exporting, and organizing production-ready assets for email, social, paid media, and web
Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo, including supporting creative assets for e-commerce and email marketing
Understanding of print production fundamentals, including layout preparation, file setup, color, and resolution standards
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain clean file structures, naming conventions, and shared asset libraries
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to take direction and support team workflows effectively
