Part-time Customer Service Representative (bilingual)
MSI Company is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support customers through inbound phone interactions. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to assist with scheduling and general inquiries while maintaining accurate information in internal systems.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and update appointments
Collect and update customer information accurately in internal systems
Respond to general questions and route issues as needed
Use multiple computer systems while speaking with callers
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Follow established procedures and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (1 yr+ preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable working in a phone-based environment
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
