Responsibilities
R&D RLBE process - coordinate planning with functional heads, prepare and maintain data collection templates, prepare and maintain entity submission templates, prepare and present RLBE summaries to BU leadership. Update/maintain HFM data models
R&D monthly performance process - Update HFM data models, analyze results and prepare summaries for BU leadership
NPVs/ROIs for new products in development - work with marketing, operations and PMO to quantify P&L impacts. Understand, quantify and communicate potential cannibalization impacts. Prepare slides for portfolio review meetings and gate reviews with BU leadership
R&D Strategic Planning Process - coordinate planning with functional heads, prepare and maintain data collection templates, prepare and maintain entity submission templates, prepare and present OEM summaries to BU leadership. Update/maintain HFM data models

Required
Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) in Accounting/Finance or a related field
Minimum 7 years experience
Preferred
15+ years of FP&A experience
5+ years of management experience
Master's degree
CPA
Experience supporting R&D
Med device/healthcare industry experience
