Responsibilities
Partner with procurement, supply chain planning, logistics, and engineering teams to understand demand, share forecasts with suppliers, and track supplier readiness for on-time delivery
Monitor supplier lead times and ensure adequate order coverage based on demand and lead-time constraints
Review supplier input/output (I/O) plans, identify material risks, and develop mitigation strategies with cross-functional partners, escalating issues as needed
Resolve operational issues related to purchase order coverage, invoicing discrepancies, and master data management within the ERP system
Track and report key performance metrics, including material availability, on-time delivery, and delivery accuracy
Support new product introduction (NPI) efforts by ensuring materials align with development schedules and production ramp plans
Qualification
Required
Experience managing end-to-end material flow, including planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination
Experience monitoring supplier lead times and ensuring order coverage based on demand and lead time
Experience reviewing supplier input/output (I/O) plans, identifying material risks, developing mitigation plans with cross-functional support, and escalating to leadership where required
Experience resolving operational issues related to purchase order coverage, invoicing, and master data management in the ERP system
Experience tracking and reporting key performance metrics, including material availability, on-time delivery, and delivery accuracy
Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) efforts by ensuring material alignment with development timelines and production ramps
Ability to use data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools) to identify supply chain issues or improve material availability or delivery performance
Experience resolving purchase order coverage, invoicing discrepancies, or master data issues within an ERP system
Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) and ensuring materials were aligned with development timelines and production ramp schedules
Experience collaborating with procurement, logistics, engineering, or planning teams to align forecasts, manage risks, or improve material flow
