Responsibilities

Support mid-market healthcare clients in Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia by managing technical inquiries and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with existing Sales Engineers to develop and execute territory strategies effectively
Conduct technical interviews for prospective candidates, contributing to the recruitment efforts of the team
Engage in remote and on-site meetings with clients to maintain and enhance customer relationships
Travel approximately 40% of the time for client engagements, ensuring face-to-face interactions as needed
Stay updated on Nutanix products and relevant industry trends to provide informed technical support
Assist in transitioning responsibilities from the outgoing Sales Engineer to ensure continuity of client service
Foster collaboration within the team to enhance knowledge sharing and optimize workload management

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, particularly in data center technologies and virtualization
Strong understanding of server storage and networking concepts
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to establish rapport with clients
Technical knowledge in security and its application in sales discussions
Ability to manage client technical inquiries and develop innovative solutions
Willingness to travel approximately 40% for client engagements and meetings

Preferred

Familiarity with public cloud technologies is advantageous but not mandatory
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, though not required
