Qualification
Required
5+ years of manual testing experience in Five 9 contact center or telephony environments
Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, CTI, CRM, and omnichannel platforms (e.g., Five9, Amazon Connect, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect)
Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, and call routing concepts
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in agile/scrum environments
